I am drawn to challenging properties because little competition means huge profits. Word got around that I flipped over 80 stigmatized properties.
Then the unexpected happened when a Los Angeles TV production company reached out to me about a role in their TV series on paranormal properties. Long story short: they flew me to Hollyweird and we did several shoots that made an airing on a subsidiary of the SyFy network; never encountered anything weird except the locals.
Several production companies have contacted me about other interesting projects but it’s always in California and I can’t imagine another trip to the wild west again.
