I created attractive funnels and lead generation to guide prospects through the ‘Path to Profits’ using a custom CRM to automate and target each prospect’s desired outcome.
I trained my personal assistant to work the phones and one virtual agent to manage online tasks. With my two-person sales team we eventually grew our database to over 150,000 specifically targeted contacts.
To focus on high-ticket closings, I outsourced much of the processes following my DAD protocol of business:
- Delete everything that was not profitable.
- Automate everything that can be automated.
- Delegate everything else.
