I did door-to-door sales for Scentura Creations eventually getting my own sales office recruiting, training and managing a high-performing sales team of 15.
My high-ticket sales experience for offer owners spans the areas of courses and coaching programs, raising capital, building credit and more with offers ranging from 5k to 55k.
I grew a real estate investing business into one of the largest in the Midwest and I coached other investors in my 10k membership program (which in 90’s had the same buying power as $22k today).
When banks froze investment lending in 2009, I added a lending arm where I closed hard money loans direct to investors with loan amounts ranging from 50k to 5M.
To help in my real estate + lending business I trained and maintained a 2-person sales team for over 10 years; 1 local person here in -office and 1 VA.
